of producing a successful season of Kelsey’s Essentials. To write/develop the recipes and test them until they are perfect can be quite the process. Some testing I do at home, but most happens at the Food Network Kitchens– also known as heaven on earth. The only drawback is the weight gain that inevitably happens every time I test for a new season. Luckily this time around I was “eating for two” so I chowed down without an ounce of guilt. Without giving too much away, here is a sneak peek of what went down during testing week.
