Bon Appetit’s 25 Things to Eat, Drink, & Cook in 2012. Such a fascinating look at what’s in store for us this year in the food world. Some trends listed were expected like embracing a wheat-free lifestyle (can’t do it—no willpower), but most were very inventive and unexpected. I can’t wait to see what unfolds this year when it comes to food trends. If I follow suit behind the food trend setters, hopefully I’ll be eating cookies for breakfast this year and planning a trip to Tasmania!

 

I picked my favorite sweet & savory upcoming trends from the list and can’t wait to jump on the bandwagon.
