This past weekend we took a little family field trip to the Mast Brothers Chocolate factory in Williamsburg. I’ve been a big fan of their hand crafted chocolate (and packaging!) for quite some time, so it was fun to pull back the curtain and see how these artisnal chocolatiers bring their chocolate to life. One of the things that was most surprising to me was that they have an art director on staff that churns out all of the incredible designs for the packaging. These are hands down the most beautiful chocolate bars to give (and receive)! The best part is that the chocolate tastes as good as the packaging looks.

If you find yourself in Williamsburg, I highly recommend stopping by their small factory for a visit. Everything from the big sacks of cocoa beans when you walk in, to the aroma that permeates the store is perfection. I’m officially a Mast Brothers groupie!
